With over three decades dedicated to the telecommunications industry, he has assumed pivotal roles in marketing, product development, commercial operations, and technology management. Beyond this, Michael has leveraged his expertise as an IT consultant, serving as a virtual Chief Information Officer (vCIO) and Project Consultant across multiple organisations.

His professional journey includes spearheading three digital transformation projects, where he excelled in workstream leadership and consultancy capacities. Moreover, Michael possesses a wealth of experience in steering website development initiatives, overseeing CRM deployments, conducting technology procurements, and conducting thorough telecommunication reviews.

Michael lives in Napier but is available to travel and/or work remotely.
